Bad news for me:
I like my coffee/sweetner and cream....

Woke up at 7am.... BS was 6.1mmol/l
Took a Tylenol 1 (has caffeine and codeine) and went back to bed. Had a very sore throat.

Got up at 8am and BS was 5.6mmol (caffeine or codeine) stimulated insulin release!!!

Made a coffee with cream(whipping), sweetner and it was buzz coffee.....

15 minutes later Blood Sugar was 3.3mmol!!!!!!!!!

That's it... I will disect it tomorrow.... Wasn't thinking straight today.... Off to church but will report on lunch.
