Thats whats wrong with my weight .I have stayed on the 2 week of Atkins and not dropping at all Have eggs on luttuces with slice of ham. Lunch , Slice of ham piece cheese. For supper 2 small P chops and hand full of mix veg. and 64 oz of water all day. But I was this weight for a long time on my way up. So hopefully I will get down passed it. Thanks to you all for the great threads you write, Learn a lot .and feel good knowing there others out there with me
