Wow!!! 67 lbs. in 6 months ... That's something to really be proud of! I know with your commitment to LCing and Body for Life program (gotta love those weights), you'll be at goal in no time now. I would love to lower my body fat percentage also, even if I don't see a huge weight loss ... but weight loss would be VERY nice too .
