When eating out at a mexican resturant do you think it's ok to have a taco salad with no bean with a minimal amount of salsa and don't eat the shell? do you think this is ok to have when doing induction. I love mexican and was wondering if this was ok. if not can you give me some ideas of what mexican I can eat
