Amyella's Gym Log
It's so frustrating not seeing results! It seems that my current workout is counter-productive to CKD (#~$#~!!) so I need to make some adjustments. I log all my food at fitday: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Public...l?Owner=amyella although sometimes I forget to log dinner. Starting today, in my gym log I'll post my work outs as well as food with times to show when I'm eating what and when I'm working what.
