Does anyone want to start a Spring Break Challenge?
There's a section on the site for group-journals or studies (or something) and before Christmas there was a 25lb Christmas Challenge and I lost the most weight then (during OWL). I didn't make it to 25, but I would have had to average 3+ a week. However, I did lose 20.
If anyone is up for it let me know. My Spring Break starts Friday, March 10th. So that gives me six weeks to get this bod in shape before I hit the beach. I was thinking maybe a 10-15 lb Challenge. We could start this Friday and weigh-in and then every Friday after weigh-in and see if we're on track. For Example,
with a 10lb. Challenge (2 lbs/week) / 15 lb. Challenge (3/week):
Week 1 Weighin - 140.5
Week 2 Goal - 138.5 / 137.5
Week 3 Goal - 136.5 / 134.5
Week 4 Goal - 134.5 / 131.5
Week 5 Goal - 132.5 / 128.5
Week 6 Last Weighin - 130.5 / 125.5
3 pounds a week seems a bit harsh for me, but I'd be willing to try it.
