Could someone do me a BIG favor?

Haven't known how to cut and paste - learned at home while I was gone - come back to AL. to find out this pc isn't set up to cut and paste. Will have to have SIL try to set it up for me. The computer is one from the office.

Today was weigh day I'm down 4 1/2 pounds from 243.5 to 239 Oh happy days.

Thanks a bunch to anyone who manages to have the time to update my stats.
