Team... I apologize for my long absence. Like many, I completely fell off the wagon. I am back at my original weight , however I am starting low carb again tomorrow. I am excited to jump back on and I am rooting for all of you. I'll choose to stay off the team just so we don't have to add the extra weight to our score... good luck guys!
