Well,I hope I can make this go on for a while....
I have started last week some exercise routine 10 minutes and cycling on a stationary bike for ten minutes and alhamdulillah, I have worked myself gradually up, to walking 45 minutes .
The weather is better we still ahve AC's on but the terrible humidity is less plus the heat is less.
