I'm in. I am keeping my exercise goals the same as last month, with a few modifications.
Do weight training 4 times a week.
Cardio in some shape 5 days a week
Work on increasing efficiency of workouts
I am currently at 157. I won't make a goal for my weight- but I want to see a noticible difference in my body by the end of the month.
