I gave some to my 15yr old son because he felt a cold coming on. He came back the next day wanting more because he had so much energy, his face cleared up and the little rash on his foot was going away. I, myself had severe die off symptons. Maybe I'll try again when I'm not so busy and have more time to sleep.
