Plan to eat 5 or 6 times a day---- Breakfast, snack, lunch,snack
supper, snack. For snacks, I usually have pork rinds handy.
Also boiled eggs, or make ham and cheese roll ups with mayonaisse inside. Also, sugar free jello is a good dessert or snack. Drink plenty of water and take calcium/magnesium supplements if you get leg cramps.
