OK....not really sure what has been going on with me. I have been making way too many excuses and finding things to do rather than go to the gym. Why the heck am I doing this? I like going to the gym...I like doing cardio, I like lifting....*sigh* No more sabotaging myself! I need to sit down sometime this weekend and figure out a plan of attack for the gym next week. I have one more week before my other job starts so I want to give myself a week of getting up and heading straight to the gym and then getting ready fro my day before it is actually the following week. This way I can tweek the times and see exactly what is/is not working for me in the AM.
