I use both butter and olive oil, because they taste great and are minimally processed.
If you are going to say "fats are good," and they are, why wouldn't we need a mix of different fats in our diet, as well as different amino acids, different anti-oxidants, etc? I don't worry about what kinds of fats I'm getting as long as they aren't transfats, and yet Fitday says I'm getting this mix of fats:
Fat: 101 908 60%
Sat: 33 300 20%
Poly: 13 113 7%
Mono: 30 267 18%
