Was supposed to w/o yesterday, but got a bad tummy ache
Didn't want to end up running to the bathroom mid-squat!

WORKOUT 2
abs 3 minutes

LEGS

Barbell squat - used dh as rack lol (80lbs) 3 sets of 14-12-10

Barbell Straight leg Deadlift (90lbs) 3 sets of 14-12-12

Seated leg extensions (45lb) 3 sets of 15-15-15

SHOULDERS & TRICEPS

Upright rows (50lbs) 3 sets of 8-7-6

Arnies- 3 sets (35lbs) 3 sets of 6-5-3

Overhead tricep extensions (35lb DB) 3 sets of 5-4-3

w/ 3 sets of pushups in between

Dumbbell Flyes 3 sets (25lb) of 5-4-3
