Life's update!
I've been away from this site for awhile. I am now rocking at 129 and feeling so great. I'd really been sitting at 132 for months and decided to do a "long distance buddy up" w/ my bio mom - She's trying to lose and drinking Lc milk and LC icecream daily
So I said, let's both give up any LC "junk " food (Ie.. ice cream, candy etc) for 2 weeks.
She could have one serving of the LC milk per day and I could use my daily serving of some bread / pita/ cereal a day.
Well I knocked off a pound in 3 days! I don't know if she's lost anything yet, but I wanted to show her those foods affect how she looses.
