I have the CBS Early Show on.... The anchor..Renee something (I'm bad with names) was cooking stir-fry and such with a guest chef. She was stirring the rice (the reporter) and mentioned while it looked good, she was watching carbs... The chef said something about there being "No need to be carbophobic"...
