I don't do stretching other than a little bit at the end of my workout. So I'm not doing it separately as they suggest. And I don't think I'm really going for muscular endurance as much as strength. Will 3 or 4 sets of 6 or 8 give you endurance? I would have thought that meant going for sets of 12 or 15...
