what area are you not addressing that you think you might need to. Muscular endurance and muscular strength are really the same thing...lifting and/or doing body weight exercises (which if you work some of these in are terrific), cardio...and then stretching (which is the one I do not do as a separate item, I stretch between sets)

I do not think you need all of them at one time..but usually a mix of the 4 will work there way into most programs.
