What is fat flush, can you do it pre-atkins to get started. I have been ligit on atkins for 8 days, and am in ketosis and have not lost a pound, nor an inch and I am Mad!! I am sticking to it almost perfect, except my one cup of coffee a day. I would love to get a little weight off.
