Weight training and Blood Pressure
Hi Trainer Dan,
I have hypertension which is not very well controlled by my medication. Until it is more stable I'm afraid of weight training as I read somewhere it can make it go up. Is this true? I've yo-yoed and so have lost muscle mass, I want to rebuild it. Would Yoga or Pilates do the trick for now?
Any help would be appreciated.
