Hi everyone
This is my first time joining in and I am excited to get started. I have lost 35 pounds before using the LC diet and this time I plan on keeping it off for good. Exercise is my goal for life now, along with the 20 pounds I plan on losing
Enough said, here's my 1st daily menu post. 01/22/01
Breakfast: Omelet- (2 eggs w/ cheese, green peppers and sausage) 1/2 cup of skim milk to drink
Sometimes I only eat half of this omelet and save the rest for a snack in the middle of the day.
Lunch: 1 cup of French Onion soup w/ cheese
1/2 BLT ( in a wheat tortilla wrap)w/mayo and a pickle. Water to drink
Dinner: I have'nt made it yet, but I'll let you know.
Also can someone PLEASE tell me how this works. Do I just list my meals everyday or can I write a little something too. Should I go somewhere else to ask a question about this? And should I start my posts in the mornings for the day before, or just wait till nightime? Thanks to all who reply
