Please help me get rid of the flab!!
I am going crazy!! I have the most jiggly thighs!!! I asked before about exercises to get rid of them, and was told that I am just building muscles under my fat with all of the crunches, and walking, and leg lifts...so how do I get rid of the fat that is on top of the muscle?? I can see my leg muscles and stomach muscles, but they have some jiggly fat on top!!! Help me get rid of the jiggly wiggly fat!!! Someone told me, at work, that I need to get off of the Atkins wol, and start the low fat diet to get rid of the fat, but I thought that Atkins burns the fat??? PLEASE HELP!!
