nepeta, yea I am just starting out and I'm still weighing which way I wanna go. This Idea sounds really great as I know when I was on WW I had to shake my metabolism a bit so I know this plan will work. !400 sounds kinda low considering my weight, maybe 1700 low and 2200 high would be better. How do you know how many days to go low and how many to go high? I'm not sure which side of the fence I'll sit right now, I know as of now I'm sticking to 30 carbs (or less) per day til I decide.
