can't seem to get enough energy
For the past few weeks, I have really been slacking with exercising. I feel almost lethargic. I had some bad family problems going on and cheated for about 2 weeks and have been back on track with eating for a little bit. It is my TOM so I am definitely feeling fatigued from that but my problem is that I just can't get myself to do anything. I feel really, really tired. Has anyone else went through this and what tips do you have to get back on track?
