Well I started it tonight. Boy was it tough on my arms, I guess Im not as strong as I thought I was.

I did....

Biceps - 12x2 (these weren't bad, im gonna up them)
Triceps - 12x2 (Boy were they BURNIN)
Shoulders - 12x2 (same as triceps)
Front/Side Raises - 12x2

on the ball I did
150 crunches
50 Leg lifts while squeezing the ball to work the inner thigh
35 push ups with the ball right at my gut

Thats all I did tonight. Ill be back to put more tomorrow!
