When I originally lost my 40, I was VERY strict. No cheating at all. 2-3 eggs with soy cheese each am, 2 beef patties with soy cheese at lunch, chicken, steak or fish for dinner with 1 cup of green beans or broccoli and I snacked on nuts (no peanuts) and beef/chicken jerky. The weight melted. I really need to get back to that diet now. If I could break my stall and stop cheating!!! I would drop another 40. Hang in there, it is not easy, but it is effective!
