...since you asked..
I flushed 57 pounds on the Fat Flush plan. It was my experience that even when the scale wasn't budging, I was STILL shrinking because the inches were melting away.
Not only that, but a certain amount of stalling HAS to occur (IMHO!) because your body has to consolidate the loss. Think of it like this: You're moving from a 2500 sq.ft home to a 900 sq.ft. condo. Where you going to put everything? How you going to move around in such a shrunken space?
Anyhoooooooo...all that said, if neither inches OR pounds changed in a couple months, I'd sure be ready to try something new.
Dunno if this will help or not, but my tried n' true plateau busters include:
1) drinking MORE water
2) rebounding (nothing like jumping up and down to loosen up fat!!...not ta mention it helps the lypmphatic system flush out nasty stuff)
3) increasing daily protein (10-12 oz lean protein + 2 eggs + whey protein serving)
4) adding CLA (1000mg w/each meal)
5) there is no 5...just seeing if you're paying attention!
6) decreasing fruit to one serving of low glycemic fruit, daily (apple, pear, berries. NO TROPICAL FRUIT!!)
7) changing exercise routine - the body DOES get in a rut!
best wishes!
