But that result was for 100Grams of dulse, wouldn't that be an awful lot!! considering it is dried - I'm trying to imagine 100grams of dried basil or oregano in comparison, that would be a mountain of it. 100 grams is over 3 oz - so don't you just eat a tiny bit of dulse and even at 44% carb content that wouldn't be overly high - or DO you eat a lot of it, it just seems like the kind of thing you might eat a leaf or two of. I couldn't find the fibre listing of it anywhere. It said 44 carbs for 100gram - so a 10gram portion wouldn't be a lot then there would be whatever fibre to be deducted. It does seem to be awfully nutritious.
