I shoot for 60-65% Fat, 5-10% Carbs, and 25-35% Protein. That works out to about :
2,200 kcal
160g Fat
30g NET Carbs
165g Protein

That's a little less Fat and more Protein than I shoot for. But, I've done better at keeping my Fat:Protein ratio within my desired range over the last few months. I try to eat Dark Chocolate [Made with Erythritol/Splenda or Stevia instead of Sugar of course] more often now to up my Fat and Copper. I either make it myself or buy Z-Carb Dark Chocolate Bars. My Homemade Dark Chocolate is 67% Chocolate Liquor, 33% Coconut Oil, with a trace of Vanilla, Lecithin, and Stevia and is 2.4g NET CARBS, 94% Fat [by Calories] and has 20%DV of Copper, 14%DV Magnesium, 18%DV Manganese, and 155mg Potassium per ounce.
