Even further north. Above the adirondacks. Try 20 minutes from the Canadian border (near the St. Lawrence river, if you've heard of it.) Yup, waaaaay up north.
Gym Updates: Walked 2.0 miles on treadmill yesturday.
Walked 1.0 miles on treadmill and did 10 minutes on the ski machine (first time trying it!) I really like the ski machine. It burns way more calories than the treadmill and I feel like I am getting a better workout. I plan to use it more often.
