It is a pity that the "fact file" provided with the article lists out high carb foods only. Do pre-packaged low carb foods have "extra portions" as well?

As the FDA concentrates on making sure that consumers are not 'shorted' in their purchase, I would bet most manufactures err on the high side to keep out of trouble. Similar to the bakers' dozen concept.
