It is a nice gesture in a way to want to give a "freebie".

On the other hand, it is a case of "buyer beware" though really if you are trying to monitor what you eat. I typically only ever have "whole foods" so the pre-packaging of foods doesn't typically fuss me.

It is a pity that the "fact file" provided with the article lists out high carb foods only. Do pre-packaged low carb foods have "extra portions" as well?
