Hi all. Just restarted the atkins a little over a week ago and lost 8 lbs. my first week. Weighed in on thurs. and today I peeked at the scales and lost 2 more lbs, but I am not going to count it until weigh in next week. Fell off the wagon in Nov after having my wisdom teeth pulled. Didn't like the way I was feeling so I made a commitment to come back. So here I am. sabrina
