Learning how to low-carb can seem complicated at first, but the learning curve is necessary to help you learn the basics of low-carbing, which are the tools you'll use for the rest of your life.

In the Newbies Questions forum there are two threads at the top of the page. One is on how to put an eating plan together and the other is called Hot Links! In the Hot Links! thread, there is a link called 'So you think you are a Turtle' that is full of tips.

Sometimes it's not as easy as A + B = C with low-carbing and there can be many reasons why it's not that easy.

Let us know how you make out! You may also want to start a Journal where you can post your menus and get advice.
