well good new can only be accurate .....congrats you are working hard. Those measurements are awesome, I would not worry about the bicep as you may have lost a little of the tricep fat we women carry around, you will gain muslce and they will grow. You have made great progress girl, keep up the good work.
oh yeah and you gained muscle...that is the best part !!
