I'd go with some massage therapy or a chiropractor. As you lose fat, your muscles change how they have to hold themselves and they may not like it at first. They are used to holding a certain load and now you've gone and changed it.
Stretching exercises will help them accept the new condition and adjust. They'll be better off than they were with the extra weight.
