I agree with Tofi...usually best to stick to "real foods" for as long as possible. But if it means it will keep you from straying to the really bad carbs then maybe as a small treat you could find some kind of cookies. I too will buy some snacks and treats for convenience sometimes. I haven't tried any LC cookies though. I have seen some in Superstore here in BC...but I don't know about your stores in the east. I think Loblaws and Superstore are are part of the same chain. The cookies at superstore are near the bread and baked goods section. Not cheap though and don't know the carb count.
