I did my mile walk lost night. I didn't want to because when I got home from work it was hot and icky out. I didn't want to do anything. But I went home and immediately put on my workout shoes. I know that if I go home and sit down, I'm not getting back up again to work out. So I guess my best bet is to do it right after work, so I get it done and over with. I hope one day I actually enjoy working out and not dread it.
