I am glad you are feeling better. I had that flu bug too, in December though.
That bagel and cream cheese isn't all that bad. Just start now from there. Don't have any other carbs now today.
You said you are a big meat eater, well I am not usually too crazy about meat, but I am learning to add variety to what I am eating. I am horrible about eating at home, but since I started this WOE I haven't eaten out but once. Which is great for my checkbook.
I am going to really try to start a work out plan. I started Tae Bo with my daughter yesterday, I just have to say, I am uncordinated.
