Default Daily Menu Thread -- Tuesday, January 15

Please post your menus for today -- either what you've planned or what you actually ate -- so that we can share ideas. Newbies, and Stuckies, especially, need to see models of what a low carb menu looks at, and everybody can use a good idea!

Protein Power Lifetime Plan

Breakfast -- 1 slice Hunger Filler Bread (7 carbs), 1 tbl butter, 4 oz sliced deli no sodium ham

Lunch will be -- filet mignon, spinach, butter

Dinner will be -- 2 chicken thighs, either cabbage or red pepper stir fry

Snacks: salami, cheddar cheese
