Tomokato's Workout Log!
I have a very unique workout routine. I use the video game Dance Dance Revolution for my workouts. I run fast paced songs for about an hour a day. Sometimes I get on just for fun, but rarely play the faster paced songs which are such great cardio. Sometimes I mix in Taebo as well, but i'm just starting that
