I still have a hard time believing that this WOL will work...LOL but it does. I have never been able to stay on a diet for more than 6 months [ except when I was on diet pills which screwed me up bad] The difference this time is I dont feel deprived and I made the decision a long time ago I would eat like this for the rest of my life.
