Thank You Nellie ! Youve made my day. I tried your recipe this am, (I cant even look at eggs). I love it. I dont have any vanilla protein powder, so I used Atkins shake mix(One scoop). It was alittle"clingy" but it REALLY hit the spot. Can you recomend a good protein powder? (Im new at this). Thanks , Dawn
