I notice you work in an Italian restaurant - and look at you, rockin' with the Atkins Diet!

Do they give you a hard time about not eating the pasta? Or do they appreciate your knowledge of the diet helping them through what has to be a challenging and confusing time? I'm dying to know - I've survived a couple of meals in Italian restaurants (my boss's one and only favorite) but I've often wondered how they see us.
