I'm restarting Atkins this week.Was on it b4 holidays. Lost 7 lbs in 10 days. Gained all back. Very upset. Started again 1/7 . Would love to be 145. Would appreciate a buddy for inspiration. Looks like we both weigh the same now, we can do it !!!  |
