Question

I never would have believed that low carbing works. Until I did it myself. It's not difficult to do, at least not for me. The only problems I have are being impatient, and worrying about my morning sugars. I have stalled again at -10 pounds, and would like to drop another 5 or so, "NOW", but I know that it'll come off eventually, I need to be patient. I do worry what I am doing wrong in the evening. I test my BG at bedtime, and it'll be fine, then in the AM it skyrockets. I know I'm not eating from the time I go to bed until the time I get up. Just can't figure it out. Am I eating too late in the evening, or not enough, or too much????? I dunno! Thanks for any input.
