I use a non-ephedra BAT metabolizer. I found Hydroxycut made really jittery. This stuff (Lean+ by Greens) seems to be working and I feel great. I'm glad Hydroxycut works for you - I was so disappointed after all research I'd done to find out I was one of the unlucky few with disturbing side-effects.
