5 minutes warm up on Ellipitical machine

Chest Press 55 lbs. 10 reps
35 lbs. 20 reps
Leg Press 130 lbs. 10 reps
85 lbs. 20 reps
Lateral Pull 75 lbs. 10 reps
45 lbs. 20 reps
Seated
Leg Curls 60 lbs. 10 reps
45 lbs. 20 reps
Shoulder
press 55 lbs. 10 reps
35 lbs. 20 reps
Ball squats w/ 12lb. weights in each hand 10 reps
No weights 20 reps
Leg
Extension 55 lbs. 10 reps
30 lbs. 20 reps
Hypor-
Extension 145 lbs. 10 reps
145 lbs. 10 reps.

Each day that I do weight Brian does the stretching of the muscles, and that has been a great help with my flexability. Between each set of reps, I do get a 30 second breather, sometime, I could sure use more

Okay, I'm still feeling very good about all of the weights I'm lifting.
