Yummy Snack/Dessert
Here's a great breakfast/Snack idea that can be easily altered to your taste
200g Cauliflower
1/2 cup milk
Optional:
Nuts
Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc)
Dried Fruit (will add carbs)
Fresh Fruit (Pineapple, Strawberries etc)
1. Blend Cauliflower in foodprocesser until resembles rice
2. Place "rice" in small saucepan
3. Stir in Milk and boil, return to simmer until "rice" is tender
4. Remove from heat and stir in extras of your choice.
You can also add raisens, and simmer.
You can also add any nuts, sunflower seeds, spices or fruit to serve
My favourite is to use berry soy milk and top with cinnamon, or regular milk, pineapple and almonds
